Karlheinz Concert History

n 1996, Karl Giesing started recording his tape-loop compositions and noise assemblages. It was at this time that he adopted the name Karlheinz for his musical persona. The name was given to him by Keith Fullerton Whitman, after German electronic composer Karlheinz Stockhausen, a musical influence common to both Karl and Keith.
