Katie Kate is a Seattle based MC/vocalist/multi-instrumentalist/producer. Born Katie Finn in Albany, NY, she moved to Seattle to study at Cornish College of the Arts under Peter Mack, Jarrad Powell and Roger Nelson. She earned a Bachelors in Music with a concentration in Classical Piano, but studied extensively in electronic music, gamelan, classical composition and chamber music studies. She was a member of the indie-folk band BAKEMONO with Hanna Benn.
