Kauta is a Basque Rock band. Their first album metal was definitely the leitmotiv, in the second one metal is only applied in some small touches. Kauta has made a leap into rock music and in several songs hard-core is introduced by force. But Kauta dresses these rock and hard-core sounds up with catchy tunes and refrains. Mikel, Kauta's leadsinger, has become the band's main pillar and base. With his voice, he clothes and softens the bluntest songs.
