Kildevil Blues Concert History

Kildevil Blues formed in Bowling Green, Ohio early 1988, w/John Johnson (guitar, vocals), John Tangeman (guitar), Ron Werdebaugh (guitar), and Jeff Fearnside (drums). After a summer of swill in Dayton, Oh (the year of the great heatwave), Johnson, Tangeman, and Werdebaugh moved to Boston, hooking up with drummer R. Flemens. The band recorded its self-titled debut in the New England Hall off of Copley Sq early 1989. CMJ called the record "some of the best lo-fi ever put to wax" (see CMJ.
