Kris De Bruyne (Antwerpen, 20 maart 1950) is een Belgische zanger. Met zijn Nederlandstalige oeuvre werd hij in het begin tot de kleinkunst-beweging gerekend. Toen hij vrij snel op de elektrische gitaar overschakelde, verwierf hij ook aanzien als rock-artiest. Bekende liedjes zijn onder meer "Amsterdam", "Vilvoorde City", "Lydia d'Ile Dieu" en "Het varken van de Hoge Venen". Kris De Bruyne werd ontdekt door Wannes Van de Velde op het skiffle-festival van Hove, waar hij een verrassende versie van het kinderlied "Klein, klein kleutertje" speelde.
