In 1998, Masayuki Kinoshita (Vo/Ba), Yusuke Mori (Vo/Gt), and Tatsuya Sasahara (Dr/Cho) got together to form "locofrank." The three from Osaka soon establish the band mainly through playing shows not only within Japan but by also gaining experience overseas. In 2006 their wish to create their own label 773Four Records become reality and have since thrived becoming the band they are today.
