In 2001, producer/musician/college student Lukas Kaiser, Chester French lead singer D.A. Wallach and their friend Erik Amonson formed the rap group Hi Phonics. The Milwaukee-based trio released their EP, "Filling The Quota," and gave them out at house parties and small concerts.
