"MAD NOISE is an identity crisis with rhythm. With members originally from Maryland, the Philippines, East Oakland, Austin, Sacramento, and LA, somehow the Bay brought these street musicians together to make what one wino next to City Lights in 2010 dubbed 'MAD NOISE.'
