Magic Slim and The Teardrops was an American blues band formed in Chicago in 1965 by singer and guitarist Magic Slim (born Morris Holt in 1937; died 2013). In 2003, Magic Slim and the Teardrops won the W.C. Handy Award as Blues Band of the Year for the sixth time.
