Mallen were more than a little humbled when asked to play an acoustic set on the forum stage before Alice Cooper and Mötley Crüe during Mötley Crüe’s farewell tour. Granted, an acoustic set would be a far cry from the wall of sound this Midlands (UK) hard rock band usually produces.
