Maui Concert History

Maui is a singer and MC from Rio de Janeiro's Baixada Fluminense, in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro. He began writing rhymes at 9-years-old, heavily influenced by the gospel music he listened to and sang in church, and by the Soul ballads he listened to at home. His career started in the Slam gatherings, where he became an important figure in the scene in Rio de Janeiro. In 2017 he released his first songs with the group Pureza Rap. In 2021 he gained some notoriety with the song "Pega suas coisas", in partnership with producer ANTCONSTANTINO.
