Mongolian Chop Squad, or Beck, is the fictional band who has the main role in the anime Beck. Yukio ("Koyuki") Tanaka, one of the last to enter the band, but the main character of Beck, he plays the guitar and sings.Ryusuke ("Ray") Minami, the founder of the band, plays the lead guitar, he was the one who pushed Koyuki into playing, and ultimatly, into joining the band.Tsunemi Chiba, the lead singer, has an hiphop harsh and speedy voice that gives Beck a diferent pitch of other bands.
