Percy Howard is a Northern California based Singer songwriter whose voice is evocative of Nina Simone, Scott Walker and David Sylvian that has collborated with some of the most interesting performers in the world of Progressive music.These include Bill Laswell, Vernon Reid, Fred Frith, Buckethead and Jarboe. Percy has produced three sonically compelling, overtly romantic recordings under the name Meridiem.
