Met Spuug is a Dutch lo-fi band formed somewhere near Eindhoven, Netherlands between 2007 and 2008. The name Met Spuug translates "With Spit" and their first demo album (unreleased) is called 'Kan Sporen Van Nootjes Bevatten', which means "May contain traces of nuts".
