Formed in 2023 in Lyon, MIDLIFE is a French trio bringing together members of projects such as Sofy Major, Alabaster, Fugues and Orgueil. Drawing on a shared background in heavy and experimental music, the band channels that experience into a more restrained yet equally intense sound.
