Mind Eraser is a powerviolence/sludge metal band from Boston, MA. Their first full length release was "Cave" in 2005. In 2006, they released "Glacial Reign" and in 2009 Mind Eraser released both the "Conscious Unconscious" MLP and the "The Prodigal Son Brings Death" 7 inch. "Conscious Unconscious is considered Mind Eraser's most experimental release to date, with 2 songs that each range in lengths of 10 minutes and up. Compared to previous releases, the songs were far heavier and contained a much more prominent sludge influence.
