Minor Characters is pacing to take the Chicago music scene by storm with their unique sound, blending retro-pop rhythms with catchy melodies rooted in contemporary indie music. Since the band’s inception in December, 2010, members Andrew Pelletier (vocals, guitar), Shelby Pollard (guitar, vocals), James Ratke (drums), and Adam Schneider (bass) have developed a sound that is both unique and familiar, reminiscent of favorite ‘60’s folk tunes and drawing inspiration from influences such as Radiohead and The Beatles.
