Monica Richards is a vocalist, songwriter, artist, writer and poet from the United States. A graduate of the American University with honours in literature and a minor in anthropology, she is considered an icon of the gothic subculture and has been in numerous bands, including Hate From Ignorance, Madhouse, Strange Boutique, Anima Mundi, Conflict and most famously, Faith and the Muse. She has also been a guest performer for The Eden House and is a significant solo artist in her own right .
