Monopot Concert History

Monopot were a post-rock/slowcore band from Bergen, Norway active from 1998-2002, where they were alongside Ai Phoenix and Sister Sonny as part of a small Bergen indie rock scene. Following a first, 1998 vinyl release called "Zoon" (recorded by Norwegian music legend Pytten and mixed at Bergen's major studio Rec 90), Monopot landed with Oslo-based Smalltown Supersound for their two LPs, "Something Is Like Nothing Was" in 1999, and "Optipess" in 2002. The former was nominated for Spellemannprisen in 1999 in the rock category.
