Moodswing's 2001 Concert History

Moodswing is a constant changing mix of emotions and colours. From intense dispassionateness and painfully confronting to heavy threatening feedbackwalls and pitch-black bombast. Singer/guitar player Joris Dirks and his band drift in their elaborate songs between the extremes of their state of minds, supported by vocals that will sometimes remind the listener to the deceased Mystery White Boy. The musical inheritance of Sunny Day Real Estate, Motorpsycho and the earlier mentioned Jeff Buckley, are a rich source of inspiration for Moodswing.
