moon pilot's 2024 Concert History

MOON PiLOT's Michal Sapir is a female singer/guitarist who writes and performs idiosyncratic post-punk songs. Formerly lead singer and bass player/guitarist in the bands Baby Tooth (NYC) and Zero Balancer (London), Michal takes her songs back to their raw, exposed and solitary origins. Her gritty and emotional music bears the influence of the Smiths, Joy Division, My Bloody Valentine and Sonic Youth, if they all signed up to the hand-held aesthetics of "Dogme '95" and stripped their songs to only voice and electric guitar.
