Myrna Loy Concert History

Myrna Loy is not just the name of a legendary American actress, but also that of a German band which was most active in the late 80s and early to mid 90s. In 1988, they released a demo tape, called "Live Demo 1988", which contained 10 songs that could roughly be described as "New or Dark Wave". Only 4 of those songs were also featured on the debut LP, "I press my lips in your inner temple". Myrna Loy's sound on these early recordings was a unique mixture of 4AD-like soundscapes and classical wave-structures.
