Nelly (bron Cornell Iral Haynes, Jr., November 2, 1974, in Austin, Texas) is a 51 year-old rapper, singer, actor, and entrepreneur. An active member of the rap group St. Lunatics since 1993, Nelly released his debut solo album "Country Grammer" in 2000. His sophomore album "Nellyville" followed in 2002. Both peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. In 2004, Nelly dropped his third and fourth albums "Sweat" and "Suit," the latter becoming his third number-one-hit album. Other albums released by Nelly include "Brass Knuckles" (2008), "5.0" (2010), "M.O." (2013), and "Heartland" (2021). He's also released a slew of hit singles including "E.I.," "Ride with Me" (featuring City Spud), "Hot in Herre," "Dilemma" (featuring Kelly Rowland), "Air Force Ones" (featuring Kyjuan, Murphy Lee, and Ali), "Work It" (featuring Justin Timberlake), "Shake Ya Tailfeather" (with P. Diddy and Murphy Lee), "Over and Over" (featuring Tim McGraw), and "Grillz" (featuring Paul Wall and Ali & Grip).
