New Teeth Concert History

New Teeth are a rock and roll dance band. Their formation began in the squalor and beer-stained hallways of a university residence in the Canadian capital of Ottawa. When guitarist Lucas MacKenzie met drummer Will Staunton, they quickly became collaborators. In 2008 the duo enlisted the help of violinist Aria Leroux to play acoustically at an open mic at the Avant Garde Bar. Soon the band grew to include bassist Matthew Gilmour, flushing out the developing yet eclectic sound.
