No Lovers are a Nottingham-based trio who bridge across genres such as ambient, shoegaze, funk whilst retaining the bite of post-punk influences. They have been going since the fall of 2008 and have only recently started gigging. Their influences, amongst many, include: Explosions in the sky, Joy Division, M83, Apparat, Port Royale, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Sigur ros. They combine soaring melodies, lush soundscapes and disco-savvy grooves. The band is comprised of Jack Young(Vocals/Guitairs), Joe Leigh(Keys/Samples) and Ben Vince(Bass/Keys)...
