O.C.B. (a.k.a OUTTA CONTROL BALLERS) are a 90s Rap group from New Orleans, Louisiana. They were signed to a Southern Rap label named 4 Down Entertainment. O.C.B. were also known for their collaborations with artists such as Lil' Shonie, Convicted Felons, Cadillaic Slim, Coleone Family, Young Bleed, and most famously young Lil Wayne & The Hot Boys. They were known to work with Pen and Pixel in collaboration to make their album covers.
