In the mid-1990's Oedipus Complex was listed by Rock-Fuzz Magazine as one of the best new Rock bands. Their songs were on heavy rotation on a number of Russian radio stations, and they even had a track on a UK compilation disc of top unsigned bands.... and so at the peak of their career they did what many rock musicians do... move on to other projects. Oedipus Complex is back together as a side project. Band members are currently playing in well-known Russian bands like Splean, Tantsy Minus, and Seti.
