THE OFFCUTTS are a rock trio for Melbourne, Australia. They love 70s bands, but they don’t sound like them. They started out as an electronic duo, but you wouldn’t guess it. Tommy’s written the scores for theatre productions, but he isn’t a musical navel-gazer. They’ve toured with George Clinton, but… Well, okay, they’ve got some great funk bass lines.
