A beguiling bunch hailing from Bristol – OLO Worms are the self-styled ‘Elastic Waste Band’ – happy to bend and shape, twist and turn in any way they can. These bedroom fantasists and bickering siblings create a ramshackle blend of the sublime and ridiculous. Strange sounds and puzzled words interplay with shuddering beats and bass to produce a unique sound, described as ‘a lounge core Hot Chip’ whose ’sweeping psychedelic soundscapes recall the likes of Panda Bear, moving between spartan atmospherics and fitful noise-baiting.’...
