Omelette du Fromage is an alternative-rock band from Valdivia, Chile. The band was formed in 2010 by Luis Alvarado (vocals, guitars, melodica), Luis Caro (bass), Gonzalo Pacheco (guitar, keyboards and vocals) and Matías Durán (drums, vocals), who voluntarily left the group in 2013, was later replaced by Fabian Ritter (drums).
