Operation was formed by Emil-Vocals, Johan-Guitar, Martin-Bass and DM-Drums in late 1995. Johan, Martin and DM had previously played together in KS.V. In March 1996 they entered Studio Miklaton to record "Civil Olydnad" which was released in August -96 in 550 copies. In the fall of -96 first Peter-Vocals (also from KS.V) and later Eja-Vocals joined the band. In January -97 we once again entered Studio Miklaton and recorded the first half of "Frihet?" and the second recording was done in Studio Mixton in March.
