Oscarlima's 2000 Concert History

To begin the band's history, look back to 1995 to the heyday of 3-piece power-pop bands. After an initial discussion in a Melbourne hotel about a band concept, guitarist / keyboardist / vocalist Elroy Falcon, bass player Charlie Lima and drummer Sven Grinner began recording songs, including one about ABC Newsreader Rosemary Church. After hearing the song, Rosemary sent the band a personally autographed photo and letter of appreciation.
