As one door closes, the chance of another opening so quickly seems hopeful at best. This was the thought of Our Rising band members Chris Stewart, Matt Smith, Bobby Thomas and James Dorman in early 2009. Up until early January of 2009 they were all blowing us away, rocking stages and touring the Midwest as members of the ghoulish Cincinnati based band Black Veil Brides. At that time lead singer and front man Andy 6 moved California to pursue other endeavors as well as to start and base BVB out of L.A.. In mid January 2009 they parted ways.
