In 1996, after Skid Row's break up (Sebastian Bach fronted when he was fired), Scotti Hill started a side project with friends called Chrome Daddy. They ended up recording an album the same year that was only released in 2014. In 1998, Rachel and Snake heard their demo tape and liked it, they and Scotti went on to form a short lasting band called Ozone Monday with Shawn McCabe fronting the band and Charlie Mills behind the kit.
