Pacifist is a four-piece death metal/grindcore/jazz/experimental band from New Orleans, Louisiana. Their hometown roots prevail in the spastic, aggressive music that contorts from one seemingly disparate genre to another in a matter of seconds, all while maintaining a developed focus that belies their youthful age. Having been together for little over a year, the band has already gained a reputation for passionate live performances that mix precise musicianship with chaotic physical feats.
