After a break of three years, Sao Paulo, Brazil's Pavilhão 9, one of most important bands of Brazilian hip hop and the role model for the people who lives in poor communities, launches its new project Publico Alvo. The new project was influenced by music styles such as rap and rock. Throughout those years, Pavilhão 9 was able to prove to critics and to the large audience that they are truly the symbol for the hip hop culture in Brazil.
