Peter Criss Concert History

Peter Criss (born Peter Criscuola, December 20, 1945) is an American rock musician and the original drummer and percussionist for the classic rock band KISS. He helped form the band in 1973 but left in 1980 to pursue his solo career. Two years prior, he released his debut solo album, and in 1980, he dropped his sophomore album "Out of Control." In 1982 he released "Let Me Rock You" with 12 years passing before he released his fourth studio album "Cat No. 1" (1994) and another 13 before the release of "One for All" in 2007. In 1996, he rejoined KISS alongside Ace Frehley (who had departed in 1982) for a reunion tour. Criss left a second time in 2011, returning again in 2002 and departing for the third and final time in 2004. Until 2017, he continued performing as a solo artist but has since retired.

🙋 I met Peter after a club show he played at Interactions in Stone Park, Illinois sometime in 1995. The place was a shithole!
💩🤣
I don't remember the exact date just the year.
I had brought my KISS Peter Criss solo album with me (as did other fans) hoping that maybe he would autograph it.
He rushed passed me and the other fans on his way to the dressing room (which was actually the clubs kitchen) saying "FUCK OFF" to all of us that were hoping to get autographs.
Then he told the clubs bouncer to run us off.
I got pissed and yelled "FUCK YOU TOO, YOU HAS BEEN COKE HEAD FUCKWAD!!" Ya, I was fuckin pissed, as was everyone else waiting there.
Then less/more a year later he's back in KISS?
He's the reason I became a drummer.
Like it's been said, sometimes your "hero's" are fucking asshole!!
Ya, still to day I say "FUCK THAT FUCK"!!!

As Seen On:
