Rebuilding from the ashes of dead local Arizona bands comes Phantom Party. Born in the spring of 2015 by vocalist and guitarist Joshua Capati and bassist Matthew Slusser, they roared out of the garage with indie and surf punk songs taking influence from Wavves and The Libertines.
