Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals is a band formed by Phil Anselmo (Pantera, Down) with guitarist Marzi Montazeri (ex-Superjoint Ritual), drummer José Manuel Gonzales (Warbeast) and bassist Steve Taylor. Their first album, Walk Through Exits Only, was released in July 2013.
