Once upon a time, there was a hurricane that at times was called a band and that had plenty of Rock and even more of mental sanity (enough to give away or sell). That tropical storm formed in the Northern Lusitania shores, resides in the libido of many Philippine teenage girls and in the Legoland Police's black list.
