PHOENIX GENE formed almost by accident.A chance encounter by two people working for the same company.John Mordecai and Sven Solonson.Two musicians keen to form a band with commited talented individuals with the energy drive and vision to write and play great music.All Phoenix Gene members come from great bands who for one reason or another had to call it a day .Phoenix Gene members ....John Mordecai ,guitar /vocals,Sven Solonson.guitar/vocals.John Newbury bass guitar /vocals and Eric Joyce on drums.
