PLB System Concert History

One of the many Belgian New Beat projects started by Target Records (Belgium) in the late 1980's. "PLB" stands for "Perfect Low Beat". They had a fanclub located in Aalst (Belgium) and had lots of marketing material on offer, like badges, T-shirts, slipmats and base-ball caps.
