Podstar Concert History

Hailing from Manhattan, Kansas, Podstar were a four-piece rock/powerpop band made up Cameron Hawk, Aaron Swenson, Jo Jo Longbottom and JP Redmon. The band's self-titled debut CD (Noisome Records) was produced by Ed Rose (Ultimate Fakebook, The Creature Comforts, Ruskabank), and was followed by 2002's Lucky 32 (Noisome). They traced their influences to the sounds of Guided By Voices, Built To Spill, and the punk energy of the late 1970's.
