There was a kid. A kid born in Los Angeles, then shipped off 3,000 miles away to a small village in Papua New Guinea, a 3rd world country. That kid was raised by his mother and grandmother in a small village. A village where houses stand on wooden posts, and the roofs are made of coconut leaves. Personal gardens are made throughout the woods, while farming and fishing are everyday ways of life. In that village, the kid immersed himself into music.
