protestant work ethic's 2009 Concert History

protestant work ethic was started in 2003 as the solo outfit of simon usaty (kes). influenced by both new and old folk music, he created emotionally gripping songs with deliberately simple structures; omitting the superfluous, focusing on the musical and lyrical essence. quiet songs, accompanied by guitar, ukulele, banjo, accordion and glockenspiel: in this way simon recorded the first protestant work ethic album on his own - excerpts of it were released as an ep on the german netlabel 12rec in 2008.
