PROWESS(UK) are a heavy punkrock band from Brighton,England, striving to break the mould of the usual run of the mill type bands and bring a fresh alternative to the mainstream sound locally.The band was formed in early 2009 by founders Boe - Vocals & Woody -drums, shortly after Tris joined on bass. The band went through several guitarists until finally recruited Martin(master shredder) joined in spring 2010 and the line-up was completed with the final piece of the jigsaw with newest band member Darren on guitar in september 2010.
