Regia is the creation of Birmingham, Alabama singer/songwriter Louis Schefano. Schefano came of age as the original drummer in Remy Zero. He later ventured to flex his solo musical muscle by releasing the Art of Navigation (spinART 1999) with some help from his friend Shelby Tate (Remy Zero).
