Rising Regina's 2012 Concert History

Rising Regina officially began in the summer of 2007 as a sister act of Jessica and Kiki Young. Later that year, accomplished multi-instrumentalist Rich Kulbacki joined the creative duo to complete the core of the band. From 2008-2010 the band toured as a five piece with various members filling out the rhythm section and in late summer of 2010 found themselves without a drummer or bassist.
