The Idea of Rock Filarmonic has been concieved at the beginning of the 90's by Romanian artist Florian Chelu and often used in concerts , in the press, but as a paradigm. Rock Filarmonica apeared in the year 1994 in Oradea, a city in the Western part of Romania - thus the full name: Rock Filarmonica Oradea. It's Legal Status of Foundation has been held since 2000. Along the years, master Florian Chelu has involved his family (wife Iuliana, daughter Alexandrina and brother Lucian) in the RFO project...
