Rockers By Choice Concert History

Rockers By Choice, dansk hiphop-gruppe, dannet i 1984 på Amager og centreret omkring brødrene Per Pedersen (MC Dee Pee, f. 1965) og Lars Pedersen (Chief 1, f. 1970). Sammen med bl.a. MC Einar udviklede Rockers By Choice en dansksproget hiphop og rap, der fik sit gennembrud med albummet Opråb til det danske folk (1989). Med sine samplinger, energimættede koncerter og politiske tekster, der udtrykte gruppens identifikation med hiphop-kulturen, blev Rockers By Choice et vigtigt indslag i dansk musikliv. I 1996 udgav de albummet De 5 på flugt.
